Grief Support & Care
Have you experienced the death of a person you love?

Who Benefits from grief support?
If you have experienced the loss of a person, you know the pain of grief.
Grief doesn't end when the funeral is over, the ashes are spread, or the memorial stone is placed. Grief is something we carry into our future forever.
Whether you are in early grief, it's been a little while, or even many years, grief has a way of knocking on our hearts and reminding us that the love we once had for our person hasn't been expressed like we hoped it would.
Find the right kind of support for where you are right now.

What happens in Grief Groups?
Each seassion focuses on an aspect of grief common to people within that group. Although everyone in the group will be at different stages of grief, and will have experienced vastly different types of deaths, the commonality of grief allows group members to express their emotions and thoughts in ways that may not be supported in the general world.
Groups are safe, confidential, and lead by a Certified Grief Coach.
There are guidelines in place to ensure each person experiences a space to express grief, share their story, speak the name of their loved one, ask questions and learn to integrate life with grief.

Having the opportunity to receive life coaching from Carl Anne through the enneagram has been truly life-changing. Learning to better understand myself and others through this model has opened deep wells of insight and self-awareness. It has empowered me not only to love and accept myself more fully, but also to better understand the people around me - an invaluable gift that has greatly enriched my relationships.
Carla Anne’s teaching style is thorough, practical, encouraging, and deeply empowering. The tools she equipped me with have transformed the way I see myself and the world. People I once believed I could never “be friends with,” “work with,” or “relate to” are no longer intimidating or difficult to understand. I find that I no longer fear, judge, or take offense nearly as quickly or intensely as I once did. Carla Anne’s coaching brought incredible clarity to my life, and as a result, my relationships with my husband, family and friends have become deeper, healthier, and far more meaningful.
It’s difficult to imagine my life without this guidance. I would compare it to being expected to read and write without ever having had a teacher to show you how. In life, we all learn best when we have a truly gifted teacher, and Carla Anne is exactly that. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking greater self-understanding, healthier relationship, and lasting personal growth.

About a year ago, I began looking for counseling support. A friend recommended Carla Anne, and although I was hesitant at first, my initial 30‑minute session completely changed my expectations. She listened with genuine interest, asked thoughtful questions, and engaged in a real conversation. It was a refreshing contrast to my previous experiences with counseling.
Carla Anne creates an inviting, comfortable environment where it’s easy to open up. Each session begins with a natural catch‑up that leads into deeper discussion, making the experience feel both personal and purposeful. She not only listens and offers insight, but consistently introduces meaningful learning moments that build on one another. Over time, those moments have become practical tools that I use in everyday life.
Her coaching is holistic and balanced. She helps identify goals and pathways that support overall well‑being rather than focusing on a single outcome. Because of her guidance, I’ve seen real growth in myself — I’m more in tune with my emotions, clearer about my boundaries, and more confident in who I am.
The impact has been so significant that I’ve recommended Carla Anne to friends facing their own challenges. I’m truly grateful for her time, her perspective, and her steady support.
