Grief Support & Coaching
Have YOU experienced the death of a person you love?
If you have experienced the loss of a person, you know the pain of grief.
Grief doesn't end when the funeral is over, the ashes are spread, or the memorial stone is placed. Grief is something we carry into our future forever.
Whether you are in early grief, it's been a little while, or even many years, grief has a way of knocking on our hearts and reminding us that the love we once had for our person hasn't been expressed like we hoped it would.
Find the right kind of support for where you are right now.

Children in Grief
Children process grief differently than adults do. Each child has their own questions, perceptions, fears, and emotions surrounding the death of their loved one.
Whether your child has lost a sibling, a parent, a friend, or anyone close to them, they also need a way to process the grief at a level they understand.

Anticipatory Grief
When someone’s life is fading away, those who love them begin to grieve because the losses start before their death.
Whether it’s losing them slowly to disease, growing disability, or failing memory, the loss is deep. The grief is rarely recognized - yet it’s real. You’ve lost your partner, your confidante, your person, your routines and activities - even if they are still in the room.

Family Grief Coaching
It’s rarely just one person in a family who loses a loved one. Death, funerals and wills can bring out the roughest of edges in even the softest personalities.
If your family needs support communicating through the loss to maintain or even deepen your relationships, this is the best time for Family Coaching.

WHO IS CARLA ANNE?
Carla Anne has more than two decades of coaching experience. Her passion for supporting others and seeing them grow and thrive took on a new dimension after she became a widow in 2023.
Carla Anne attended GriefShare, one-on-one grief counselling, group grief therapy, and read books, listened to podcasts and tried everything she knew to ease the pain of losing her best friend and lover.
One of the things that helped the most was talking with others who shared the pain of grief. In summer of 2023, Carla Anne invited the participants of a Grief Group that was ending, to join her in a continued Grief Group. That group continues strongly now, even after two years.
In 2025 Carla Anne completed a diploma in Grief Education and Coaching with David Kessler (Grief.com), one of the world’s leading grief specialists.
Although Coach Carla Anne is not happy about the reason you are here, she is very happy you are here to walk this journey of grief together.
